First, the top jewel is missing, stem/crown repair for balancing and a complete cleaning and overhaul. All parts has to be ordered at Rolex, so it took a while. Well...my Rolex watch is in PERFECT condition now. Not only they did the necessary repair, they even buffed it. Then I took it to VANA; He said there was a minor issue with it and fixed it right away. My cost at Vana: More than reasonable. Very honest and super super knowledgeable. He also changed the battery on my other watch for $10. This is AS GOOD AS IT GETS."

"I brought in my wife's watch that as a metal band made up of tiny links that had a few come undone and were catching on her clothes. I also have a ring that mimics the design of a metal watch band where one of the pins holding the links together had come loose and disappeared. When I arrived I was alone in the store, but it wasn't long until Jean appeared from the back and asked if I had been waiting long. I thought that was great. Then I explained what I needed, and he took both pieces to his bench and two minutes later he had them both fixed.
